The Space Girls PFP Drop (hereinafter referred to as “Drop”) is a collection of NFT art pieces created by Morysetta, the Drop will take place on March 8, 2023, on Crypto.com’s NFT platform.

The collection consists of 5,000 one-of-a-kind, algorithmically generated Space Girls, each with a unique design. Each Space Girl can be collected for 50 USD.

After 1,500 Space Girls have been sold, a donation of 25,000 USD will be made to Casa Ioana women’s shelter in Bucharest, Romania.

Once 3,000 Space Girls have been sold, 250 randomly selected buyers will receive a 20 x 16 inch print of their unique Space Girl, along with a Certificate of Authenticity.

Each original physical artwork may differ from the final digital artwork that corresponds to it. This includes, but is not limited to, paper colour, dimensions, artwork appearance, blemishes, and size modifications.

In order to be eligible, your NFTs must be in your Crypto.com NFT wallet by the snapshot,

7 days after the end of the drop.

For every “Space Girls” NFT held, you will be airdropped another NFT (of 10 available) in a total of 5000 pieces. The rarity of these editions may vary, the airdrops will be done randomly.

All collectors who are holding at least one NFT from one of Morysetta's previous collections AND 1 or more Space Girls will receive a special Airdrop.These users will receive a extremely limited edition Space Girls animated GIF.

In order to be eligible, your NFTs must be in your Crypto.com NFT wallet by the snapshot, 48 hours after the end of the drop.

Morysetta warrants and represents that: (a) the Space Girls NFTs are original works created by Morysetta; (b) the Space Girls NFTs are free from any claims or encumbrances; and (c) Morysetta is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in and to the Space Girls NFTs.

In no event shall Morysetta be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Drop or the use of the Space Girls NFTs.

The buyer of a Space Girl NFT agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Morysetta and its affiliates from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from the buyer’s use of the Space Girls NFTs.

Morysetta makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Collection or the information, content, materials, or products included in the collection.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Romania, where the artist resides.

Morysetta reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the NFTs or PFPs constitutes your acceptance of any changes to this Agreement.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or verbal.

Each Entrant will be asked to provide an address for the original artwork to be shipped to. Neither Crypto.com nor the Contributor take responsibility for circumstances outside their control that may prevent delivery of the artwork, including but not limited to the given address being incorrect, acts of God, import restrictions to the Entrant’s country of delivery or seizure by import authorities for any reason, war, or any other event outside their control.

Crypto.com accepts no responsibility in respect to the operation of the giveaway nor the quality and/or distribution of prizes or items attached which shall be the sole responsibility of the Contributor. The Terms and Conditions of the giveaway shall be a binding agreement between you and the Contributor only, and you accept that Crypto.com shall incur no liability in relation to the terms attached.
